Overview
The purpose of the Tags settings in Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) is to predefine standard tags that you can use when adding tags to a candidate or when searching for tags on a candidate. Predefined tags will be suggested to you, even if the tags have never been assigned to candidates. There is an option to enforce standard tags only and restrict users from creating their own free-form tags.

Tag Settings
Navigate to Source, then click Tags.
To add a new standard tag, enter the tag name in the box, then click Add Tag. The tag will be added to the tags list.
NOTE: Each tag name must be unique. You cannot add multiple tags with the same name.
To remove a tag, click X.
Only Use Company Standard Tags
- ON → Candidates can only be tagged with the tags configured for the company. Recruiters are not allowed to create free-form tags. The feature is ON by default for new accounts.
- OFF → Recruiters can create and use any tags they want on candidates.
