Overview
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM or Talemetry), each application has its own set of Privileges (assigned to user roles) that define a user's permissions within that application. Privileges determine what a person in a role can do in Evolve RM. A person can be assigned more than one role, and a user's privileges are the sum of the highest privileges for all their roles.
Examples:
- User Role 1 allows the administrator scope of permissions in Source and Campaigns and the user scope of permissions in other applications.
- User Role 2 allows the user scope of permissions for Career Sites and Source, and API access in other applications.
To create user roles that best fit your company’s business model, you need to know the scope of permissions within each privilege.
