Overview
The Candidate Portal Features page allows the company admin or services user to configure the visibility of pages that appear in the Candidate Portal.

Navigation
To access the Candidate Portal, navigate to your user menu > Applications.
Click the Candidate Portal dropdown > Features.
Prerequisites
Career Sites Module ON or Source Module ON.
Feature Switches in the Candidate Portal Settings
The following are the feature switches in the Candidate Portal:
- Enable Candidate Portal - Controls the availability of the Candidate Portal to candidates for a company
- ON—The Candidate portal is enabled. When a candidate clicks the unsubscribe link in an email, they are taken to the My Portal page for the candidate with the email.
- OFF - Default. The candidate portal is not enabled. When a candidate clicks the unsubscribe link in an email, they will be taken to the campaign unsubscribe behavior.
- Show Application Status to Candidates - Controls the visibility of a candidate's job applications when the candidate is on the Candidate Portal.
- ON—The Candidate sees an option for ATS Applications. ATS applications will be shown on a tab if the candidate has ATS applications.
- NOTE: Additional email authentication is required to view the ATS job applications.
- OFF- Default. The candidate does not see their ATS applications.
- ON—The Candidate sees an option for ATS Applications. ATS applications will be shown on a tab if the candidate has ATS applications.
- Show Gamification to Employees - Controls the visibility of the gamification information (performance, activity, and leaderboards) when an employee is logged into the internal Candidate Portal.
- ON - Logged-in employees on the Internal Candidate Portal see gamification information.
- Points on the main Referral tab
- Performance tab, which includes gamification summary and recent activity
- Leaderboards tab
- About tab, which includes a list of points earned by gamification event.
- OFF - Default. Logged-in employees on the Internal Candidate Portal do not see any gamification information.
- ON - Logged-in employees on the Internal Candidate Portal see gamification information.
- Show About Tab to Employees - Controls the visibility of the About Tab to Employees, which explains the Referral program.
- ON - Log in on the Internal Candidate Portal and see the About tab.
- NOTE: If Gamification is also on, the Gamification Activity Breakdown (points per activity earned) will also show
- OFF- Default. Logged-in employees on the Internal Candidate Portal see the About tab.
- ON - Log in on the Internal Candidate Portal and see the About tab.
- Show Leaderboard Tab to Employees - Controls the visibility of the Leaderboard tab to employees, which shows gamification leaderboards.
- ON- A logged-in employee on the Internal Candidate Portal sees the Leaderboard tab.
- NOTE: Gamification must be on.
- OFF- Default. Logged-in employees on the Internal Candidate Portal do not see the Leaderboard tab.
- ON- A logged-in employee on the Internal Candidate Portal sees the Leaderboard tab.
- Configure Internal Career Site - Controls the visibility of the Go to Internal Career Site button on the Employee Portal.
- ON - A logged-in employee on the Internal Candidate Portal sees the Go to Internal Career Site button. A dropdown becomes available to configure the published Internal Career Site that the employee will be directed to if they click on the button.
- OFF- Default. No Internal Career Site button is shown to Employees.
- NOTE: You must have an internal published career site available; otherwise, this option will not be available
