Screening Forms vs. Apply Forms

Overview

Evolve ATS has both Screening Forms and Apply Forms, however, there are some key differences between the two.

Screening Forms

Screening Forms can either be part of the initial application process or sent at a later step; these would be used to ask more in-depth questions about a specific role or skill they would like the candidate to have. 

Screening forms are modified by navigating to your user menu > Admin > ATS View Screening Forms.

Apply Forms

The Apply Form will always be filled out by candidates as they go through the Apply process.

Apply Forms can be modified by navigating to your user menu > Admin > Career Site > View Apply Forms.

OFCCP and EEO 

Additionally, Evolve has OFCCP and EEO compliance as an existing in-product feature. You can find this by navigating to your user menuAdmin > Compliance > Application Compliance > US Compliance. These settings can be enabled and included as part of the initial application process or sent at a later step in the process.
