A. The following are the prerequisites to get access to Career Site ID:
- Career Sites module is on
- Enable the Visitor Tracking feature
- Source module is on
- Recruiter can see that the Visitor Pool feature is on
- A career site must have Enable Visitor Tracking and Personalization on
- A user who wishes to see the Visitor Pool must have the Visitor Pool privilege on one of their roles
Q: Is this feature included with the Source&CRM module? Are there any additional costs?
A. Any customer with Source&CRM and Career Site modules can request activation of this feature.
