Evolve’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Invite Candidate to Self-Schedule feature allows recruiters to bulk send up to 50 candidate(s) an invitation to self-schedule their interview.

Invite Candidate to Self-Schedule
Navigate to Candidates.
Click Advantaged Requisition Search.
Filter by the desired requisition title or ID.
Select the desired requisition and click Select.
If needed, move the candidate(s) into the desired interview step by selecting the preferred candidate (s).
Within the Action dropdown, select Change Status.
Select the desired Interview Status.
Select the desired candidate (s).
Within the Action dropdown, select Invite Candidate to Self-Schedule.
Fill out the form as desired:
- Interview Duration – Length of the interview
- Interview Window – Number of days the candidate must schedule/complete their interview
- Interviewer(s) – Desired interviewer(s)
- Meeting Room – (optional) Select if a physical meeting room is needed
- Conference Link – (optional) Select if a Microsoft Team or Zoom link is needed
NOTE: The Scheduler can edit the following email templates before sending the invitation to the candidate by clicking the expand or close icons:
- Availability Request to Candidate
- Interview Invitation(s) to the Interviewer(s)
- Interview Invitation to Candidate
After the candidate provides their availability, the system automatically sends the interview invitations to the interviewer(s) and the candidate. The candidate’s Workflow tab is also updated with the interview details.

FAQs
Q. What type of interviews can I schedule?
A. The interview scheduler will be able to schedule one-on-one or panel Interviews.
Q. Are we able to reschedule the interview after it is scheduled?
A. Yes. Your team can still use the Modify Schedule or Cancel Interview options.
Q. Why would a candidate receive the “Link Has Expired” message?
A. The candidate will receive the Link Has Expired message when:
- The link expires seven days after it is sent to the candidate.
- The candidate has already used the link to provide their availability. The link is a single-use only.
- The interviewer does not have any availability.
Q. Can the candidate select multiple time slots?
A. Yes. This allows for greater flexibility in case one of the time slots is no longer available.
