Overview

The Job Lists page allows users to search, find, filter, and sort job lists available at the company in Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM).

Audience

All users

Use Cases

  • A user wants to create and manage job list rules
  • Services users want to configure job list settings, including incentive groups, Google Cloud jobs, Broadcast, and other settings.
  • A user wants to find career job lists on the career site and access related job boards.
  • A user wants to manually advertise specific jobs to paid boards on a Broadcast job list.
  • A user wants to send some jobs from the Agency Job List to Agencies.

Jobs List

Select the Jobs tab, then select Job Lists.

A list of all jobs in the company and a filter panel will be available.

Company Admins will see the action Add Job List at the top.

Each Jobs List displays the following:

  • Name – The name of the job list. You can click the name to see the job list Details.
  • List Type – The type of job list. This can be Standard or Agency (a special dynamic list for jobs sent to Agency).
  • Active Jobs – The count of active jobs on the job list.
  • Incentive Group – The Incentive Group assigned to this job list. All jobs that are a member of this list will be assigned the incentive.
  • Settings – Shows the unique settings assigned to the job list. Settings include:
    • Google Sync – Jobs on this list are synced to Google Cloud jobs. These can be used to enable Google Cloud jobs on associated career sites.
    • Broadcast – Jobs on this Job List can be selectively/manually broadcast to specific job boards.
    • Auto Broadcast – Jobs on this job list are auto-broadcast to one or more job boards. Send to Agency – Users can send jobs to agencies from this job list.
  • Career Site Active -This shows the number of career sites using this job list.
    • Click the link to view the career sites.

    • Users can navigate to that career site to unpublish or remove the job list if it is no longer needed.
  • Created At – The date the jobs list was first created.

Sorting

Users can sort the jobs in All Jobs by the following fields (in ascending or descending order):

  • Name (default, ascending)
  • Updated At
  • Created At

Filters

Filters include:

  • List Type – Can be Standard or Agency

Actions

Each Jobs List has a series of actions that can be performed, some within the 3-dot menu. The actions that are globally available include:

  • View – The user can view the Job Lists
    • This will navigate to the Jobs List view.
  • Edit – The user can edit the Jobs List
    • Only available for company Admins or a user with the Edit Jobs privilege.
  • Delete – The user can delete a Jobs List
    • Only available for company Admins
    • Cannot be deleted when the job list is in use (in career sites or Broadcast)
    • Users must confirm before they delete the list (since the change cannot be undone).
  • Enable/Disable Google Jobs
    • For Services Users Only
    • Can enable or disable Google Jobs indexing on a particular job list, which is used in career sites
    • To use this on a career site, this feature must be on a Job List that the career site subscribes to
  • Add Job – The user can add a job to a Jobs List
    • Requires company Admin or user with the Edit Job privilege
    • NOTE: The job can only be created in the context of a Job List.
  • Import Jobs – Users can import jobs (from a CSV) to a Jobs List
    • Requires company Admin or user with the Edit Job privilege
    • NOTE: Jobs can only be imported in context to a Job List.
  • Edit Referral Incentive Group – Users can edit the Referral Incentive Group assigned to a Jobs List
    • This is a Referral feature
    • Only available to Company Admins
    • Users choose an incentive group to assign to all jobs in the job list
