Overview
The Send a Jobvite feature in Evolve ATS allows you to connect your account to your social networks to find candidates for jobs at your organization or send private messages about opportunities. You can create Jobvites for your friends or fellow employees.
Audience
All users can perform this process.
Send a Jobvite
Click the Send a Jobvite link.
Select the desired requisition(s), then click Next Step.
The next screen provides options on how and where you want to post/send the Jobvite.
- Employees – Share with other employees within your company
- Share to Networks – Target a larger audience through your Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter
- Email – Send a personalized message to anyone in your network
- Create Job Link – Create a trackable URL to post anywhere to promote jobs at your company. The link will direct potential candidates to Evolve ATS, where they can apply.
Employees
Below the Employees tab, select the desired employee(s) you want to refer to the job (requisition) you previously selected.
Scroll down. Edit the Subject and Message as needed. Then click Preview & Send Jobvite.
Preview the message, then click Send Jobvite.
Share to Networks
Below the Share to Networks tab, select the desired social option(s).
NOTE: To use the Share to Networks tab, you must first enable Publisher. See the Enable Publisher article.
Review and update your message as needed. Then click Update Status.
Your post will be shared with the selected social network.
Below the Email tab, complete/update the To, Subject, and Message fields.
Click Preview & Send Jobvite, then click Send Jobvite.
Create Job Link
Below the Create Job Link tab, click the Select Channel dropdown and choose a source from which your candidates are visiting.
Select the Link Destination (where the link will direct the candidate to).
- Job Description Page
- Apply for Job Page
- Main Career page – All job listings
Click Get Link.
The job link will be generated. Preview the link. Once you’ve previewed it, you can Copy and distribute it as needed.
