Overview
Hiring a candidate is quick and easy in Evolve ATS.
Audience
Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Hire Candidate
Navigate to the candidate's profile.
If needed, select the Workflow Step dropdown and select your organization's designated "Hire" step setup by your Admin.
Click Hire Candidate.
You will be redirected to the Add Hires to [requisition name]. Complete the information specific to the candidate:
- Start Date - The day the candidate begins working in their new role.
- Offer Accepted Date - The date the candidate accepted the presented offer to work.
- Position Control Number (PCN) - If applicable
- Disposition - Hired
- Send Notification - This will determine whether or not a notification should be sent to other team members
- To - Which team members will receive the hire notification
- Subject - This will pre-populate
- Message - This will pre-populate
- Upload File - Attach any relevant files to the message
- Close This Requisition - Determine if the requisition should now be closed or if you want to keep it open.
Click Save.
NOTE: Admins can customize fields for this Hire Form by navigating to Admin > Configurations > View Custom Fields > Hire.
