Overview
Within Evolve ATS you can select an individual or group of candidates, then save them as a collection for future use. This could be helpful if you are interested in a candidate but don't have a position currently open for them. There are multiple ways to add candidates to a Collection:
- From the Candidate's Profile
- From the Candidates tab via the List view
- From the Candidates tab via the Carded view

Add from Candidate Profile
In the candidate's profile, scroll to the Collections section within the Summary tab.
Here you can:
- See which collections the candidate may already be added to (and remove them if needed)
- Select Add to Existing Collection
- Create a new collection by adding a name in the Add to New Collection field
Click Add to save your selections.
Add from Candidate List View
On the Candidates page, check the names of candidates you want to include in your collection.
Click the Actions dropdown, then select Add to Collection.
From the Add To Collection popup, you can:
- Select an Existing Collection and choose from the dropdown
- Create a new collection by selecting the Add to New Collection option and naming your collection
Click Add to save your selections.
Add from Candidate Carded View
On the Candidates page (in the carded view), click the action dropdown on for your candidate.
Select Add to Collection.
From the Add To Collection popup, you can:
- Select an Existing Collection and choose from the dropdown
- Create a new collection by selecting the Add to New Collection option and naming your collection
Click Add to save your selections.
