Overview

Evolve ATS offers an integration with Google Calendar for scheduling interviews. Those who are going to participate as interviewers need to make sure that their Google calendar is marked as Public (in Google) so that Evolve ATS can check their free/busy time.

FAQ

Q. What kind of information is stored in Google Calendar?

A. In the case of Google Calendar integration, we do not take your credentials and save them in our system. We use Google Oath, where Evolve ATS requests users to grant permission to access a particular resource.

Q. Can Evolve ATS view confidential information on my Calendar?

A. In our case, we request the user grant permission to read their Google calendar information. Some important points:

  • We only pull employees' free-busy information. We only have the start and end dates of the events.
  • We do not save the free-busy information in our system.
  • We do not pull any additional information from Google. Moreover, Google does not allow us to access information other than calendar-related data.
