Overview
Talemetry Desktop Tools integrate into Google Chrome or use email to help recruiters and sourcers get candidate resumes/CVs into Evolve RM. The main functions of the desktop tools are to:
- Easily import resumes found on the web using the Google Chrome browser during sourcing activities from social networks or other sites.
- Forward resumes via email and easily import them into Evolve RM.
- Review, route, note, tag, and classify imported candidates into your sourcing pipelines or campaigns.
- Increase the size of your company’s talent pool by easily importing candidates outside of your ATS and Evolve RM.
- Ensure all candidates that are under consideration or engagement are in Evolve RM.

Install Talemetry Chrome Extension
While logged into Evolve RM, navigate to your user menu > Account Settings.
Click the Desktop Tools tab.
Click Download (Chrome) in the Browser Add-on section.
You will be redirected to the Google Chrome App Store. Click Add to Chrome.
NOTE: If Add to Chrome is unavailable, you must ensure your browser is updated. If needed, uninstall and then reinstall Chrome.
Click Add extension.
The extension will be added. If you do not see the extension on your browser, click the extension icon.
Pin the extension to have easier access.
The T extension will be added to the browser.
Before you can begin using the extension, you must add the Plugin Key.
Add Plugin Key
Navigate back to Evolve RM, Desktop Tools tab.
Copy the key below the Desktop Tools Key section.
Click the Talemetry extension or the extension shortcut on your Chrome browser.
Paste the key into the Plugin Key field.
Once you see the checkmark, click Save.
You can now add candidates to Evolve RM using your Chrome Extension!
