Complete the Requisition fields in the Add New Custom Field popup:

  • Field Name – The original name cannot be changed. However, the field can be renamed at the template level. For example, if a custom field is named Position Type, this original name cannot be modified. However, when this field is added to the requisition template, it can be renamed to any other name.
  • Field Code – Consistent field value primarily used for integrations (cannot be edited once the field is saved).
  • Type - (Cannot be changed once the field is created)
  • Report Help - (Cannot be changed once the field is created)
  • Instructions – Details can be provided for each field at the template level when adding to a particular template.
  • For Data Feed – When checked, the custom field value will be available to Job Boards, Candidate, and Requisition API feeds.
  • Sync to Onboard – Selecting this will make the field available on the Onboard side.
