Overview
Agency users can access their own limited Evolve ATS account to view their assigned requisitions, submit candidates, and communicate with you through Evolve ATS.

Submit New Candidate
To submit a candidate, an agency must log into their Evolve ATS account and click the Jobs tab.
Select a requisition.
Click Submit Candidate.
If no candidates have been submitted previously, the agency must select Submit new candidate.
The agency will upload a resume, which will be parsed and include any comments about the candidate.
Click Save.
Submit Same Candidate to Different Position
Agencies can submit the same candidates to multiple positions without having to enter the candidate details multiple times.
Navigate to Jobs > select a job > Submit Candidate > select an existing candidate.
After you click the candidate's name, the Agency Candidate pop-up will display the candidate's pre-populated information. NOTE: You will have to re-add the candidate's resume if needed.
Click Save.
View Submitted Candidates
Clicking the Submitted Candidates tab allows agencies to view a list of their submitted candidates and a limited status view.
