Personal Email Templates allow users to create their own custom and private candidate message templates in Evolve ATS. This feature helps create a personalized recruiting experience for your hiring team and candidates! This article will walk you through enabling the setting for personal email templates.

Enable Personal Email Templates
Personal Email Templates are enabled by setting it up in a simple way within Evolve ATS. The admin role is required to enable this feature.
NOTE: Once this admin setting is enabled, it will be available and visible for all users with access to candidate messaging (Roles: Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Scheduler, Human Resources, and Administrator). Specific users cannot be selected to have or not have this feature; it is set at a company level.
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click Communications.
Click View Communications Settings.
Click Edit at the bottom of the page.
Click Enabled under Personal Email Templates.
Click Save.
