Overview

Setting up data consent policies within Evolve ATS enables you to do the following:

  • Define as many forms as needed, with different verbiage per location.
  • Include a token to display the data retention period automatically.
  • Define in multiple languages.
  • Verbiage should cover all data processing, including referral and onboarding programs.
  • Ability to skip consent where not needed.

Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.

Click Compliance.

From the Consent Forms screen, you can do the following:

  • Enable/ Disable consent forms to be shown during the hiring process
  • Use the toggle to enable/disable specific consent forms
  • Edit existing consent forms using the pencil icon
  • + Add Consent Forms

Once Consent Forms have been enabled and set up, consent can be obtained in several different ways:

  • During the Apply process
  • After a recruiter adds a candidate or an employee refers a friend
  • Bulk consent of applicants, inducing historical ones
  • From contacts on the Join Us App
  • During the Job Alerts Sign-up
  • Bulk consent of contacts, inducing historical ones
  • Engage email campaigns

If no consent policy has been configured, anyone applying to a position in the EU will see the following default form:

By clicking the "I Accept" button, you expressly make the following representations and warranties and give your consent as described below:

You agree to the fact that to the extent necessary, your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to any company within {company name} group of companies as well as to third parties acting on {company name} behalf, including also transfers to servers and databases outside the country where you provided {company name} with your personal data. Such transfers may include, for example, transfers and/or disclosures outside the European Economic Area and in the United States of America.
