Overview
Orchestrators in Evolve ATS can use process templates created by onboard admins to onboard new hires in the Onboard tab.

Manage Tasks
Active Tasks
Navigate to the Onboard tab > All Onboardings.
Select a new hire name.
The tasks will be displayed within the Tasks tab. Select an Active task to view the details.
The detail view of the task will open.
Task Actions
The following actions can be performed on a task that is in progress:
- View Task – Opens the task/form as completed by the assignee.
- Message – Send a message to the assignee in the context of the task.
- Change Due Date – Updates the due date.
- Change Assignee – Changes the owner/assignee of the task that has already started.
- Terminate Task – When a task is no longer needed, it can be deleted.
Raise / Resolve Issues
The Raise Issue option is used when a new hire has a question or problem that is blocking them from completing the task. A flag will be displayed on the task details when the issue is raised.
You can raise/resolve the issue by clicking the bell icon in the Communications/Issues section of the task.
