Create a New Hire Portal
Navigate to the Onboard Admin tab, then select New Hire Portals.
Click + Add New Hire Portal.
Complete the fields in the New onboarding portal template:
- Portal Body – This is an HTML editor that allows you to define the landing page's content. You can also embed images/videos hosted elsewhere. For the best alignment and look, it is recommended that you opt for a table layout. This allows you to structure the entire page as a table with cells, adding content to cells in a structured way.
- Name - Provide your landing page with a name.
- Internal Name – The name of your landing page with unique identifiers.
- Description – Describe what your new landing page will be used for.
- Status—The template is marked Active by default. Active portals can be used in any process template. If you want the current portal saved for completion later, mark it as Inactive.
Click Save.
