Overview
Several settings can be enabled within the Evolve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to notify your hiring team of new candidates.
Audience

Communication Settings
Navigate to your user menu, then click Admin.
Click Communications.
Click View Communications Settings.
Click Edit.
Click Enabled next to the following settings:
- Candidate form submit notification – You must also select if this notification should go to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, or both.
- General Application notifications—In the Employees Notified field, you must add the specific users who will receive this notification.
- New Candidate Notification to Recruiters – When this setting is enabled, recruiters will be notified when a new candidate applies to their requisition.
- New Candidate Notification to Hiring Managers - When this setting is enabled, hiring managers will be notified when a new candidate applies to their requisition.
Click Save.
NOTE: If these notifications are disabled, Recruiters and Hiring Managers will not receive new candidate notifications, even if their individual settings are set to Daily Digest or Instant. However, when these settings are enabled, individual users can still elect the Do Not Send option in their My Account preferences, and they will not receive notifications.
