Overview
If enabled, Work Status adds a work status eligibility question for candidates who apply within Evolve ATS. Users with access to the candidate record can see this information. Before enabling this feature, it is recommended that you verify that you are eligible to collect this data when a candidate applies.
If you choose to customize your work status listing, the default selections below will be removed; you must list/include any of the default statuses you wish to have in your customized list.
If you want to display work statuses on your career site, submit a Help Center ticket. Please indicate which work statuses (both default and custom) you would like included when you submit a ticket to have work status added to your Apply pages.

Enable Work Status
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click ATS.
Click View Requisition Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Edit.
Under Work Status, click Enabled.
If you do not want to customize your work statuses, click Save.
Customize Work Status
You can add, edit, or delete work statuses by clicking Customize Work Status.
Add Work Status
Click Add Work Status.
Enter a name in the text field.
Click Submit.
The new work status will be added to your work status list.
Edit Work Status
Click the edit icon.
Enter a new name in the text field.
Click Submit.
The work status will be updated.
Delete Work Status
Click the delete icon.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the work status.
The work status will be deleted from your work status list.
