ATS & Onboarding
Candidate Column Expansion
Recruiters face challenges when a candidate’s list page does not provide enough insight into a candidate's qualifications, which can result in inefficient recruitment processes and possibly hiring the wrong candidate.
What Changed
Administrators can configure up to eight columns on the Candidate List and Requisition Candidate List pages.
Value
Expanding the number of columns within a candidate list improves the recruitment process. This enhancement increases recruiters' visibility into candidates’ qualifications, promoting a more thorough evaluation. By supporting additional data points, recruiters can optimize decision-making, streamline the preliminary process, and ultimately elevate their ability to identify and engage top-tier talent.
Configuration
To update, admin users can navigate to their user menu > Admin > ATS > Candidate Search > update columns as needed.
Enhanced Requisition Creation API to Support Multiple Requisition Templates
The requisition template always defaults to the General Requisition template when API creates the requisition. It was not possible to create requisitions using other requisition templates through API. Modifying the requisition template after it is created both in UI and through API is also not possible.
What Changed
To provide the ability to use requisition templates for the requisitions created through APIs so that a suitable requisition template is assigned when a requisition is created through APIs.
- API can define a requisition template while creating requisitions.
- The requisition template no longer defaults to the General Requisition template all the time when API creates the requisition.
Requisition Templates Value Mapping
There has been a lack of ability to save values for requisition fields in Requisition Templates. This has increased the time and effort to create new requisitions. The admin user could not control the data captured during requisition creation.
What Changed
The Requisition Templates Value Mapping feature allows admin users to predefine values for the requisition fields. This feature will auto-populate values for these fields when requisition creators attempt to create a requisition using the requisition templates.
Predefine Values for Standard and Custom Fields
The admin user can predefine the values in the requisition template for standard and custom fields. The admin user will be able to value map the field regardless of the field type – Dropdown, Checkboxes, Radio buttons, Text, Multi-line Text, Number, Zip, Phone Number, Currency, Dollar Amount, Date, Description, Employee, and Employee (default).
Auto-Populating Field Values
Once a requisition creator uses a value-mapped requisition template, the value-mapped fields will automatically be populated for easy creation.
Additional Resources
Enhanced Requisition Template Selection Modal
Some customers who have hundreds of requisition templates found it challenging to name the template appropriately so they can identify the correct one. These naming conventions made it difficult to select the suitable templates in the template selection modal, given the small size of the modal.
What Changed
- The requisition template selection modal’s width and length have been increased to allow longer template names and descriptions to be clearly visible.
- As shown earlier, pagination has been updated to show ten templates on a page rather than five.
- Improved user experience in the requisition template selection during requisition creation.
Value
- Easy selection of requisition templates.
- Ability to view more templates on one page and during search results.
Clear I-9 Integration
Clear I-9 has been added as a partner to process the !-9 forms from the Onboard module. Clear I-9 provides a secure, reliable, and compliant system to process the new hire’sI-9 form.
What Changed
- When the Clear I-9 integration is enabled, the Onboard Admin can see a new task template option called Clear I-9 Task Template.
- A new filter called Clear I-9 task has been added.
- When Clear I-9 task is assigned to a new hire, they can click the task in the New Hire Portal.
- Navigate smoothly to the Clear I-9 system to complete the I-9 form from section one.
- Once section one is completed, the Onboard Orchestrator is notified.
- The Onboard Orchestrator logs into the Clear I-9 and verifies the new hire details and completes section two.
- Clear I-9 offers the e-Verify, which is configurable.

Requisition Transition on Field Addition
Customers reported they would like to be able to report on the Auto Transition on Date within reporting.
What Changed
The field, Auto Transition On Date, has been added to the Requisition Explore for more ATS reporting granularity.
Orgs & Data Segmentation New ‘Parent Location’ Field
As part of the updates from Orgs and Data Segmentation, the ATS team has deprecated the use of regions as part of a requisition location. Instead, locations are now defined as a hierarchy, allowing up to five total levels of depth. Because of this change, we could no longer report on the requisition region since the region is no longer used. This resulted in a gap in the reporting.
What Changed
A new Analytics field called Parent Location has been created in the Requisition Explore. Filtering by Parent Location will include all results for that location and its child locations.
Value
This change will provide the ability to filter by a specified location and include all of its child locations.
