The ability to update job description formatting in Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) can help you create a better candidate experience when applying for jobs on your career site.

Company Admins and Recruiters
Edit Job Description
Navigate to the Jobs tab, then click All Jobs.
Select a job.
Select the Description tab, then click Edit.
You can edit the job description.
NOTE: Your ATS and Evolve RM Admin use their respective branding for job descriptions, whereas your career site uses your company’s branding and styles. Unless you’re copying your branding from your ATS or Evolve RM, the formatting between them will never look the same.
Click Save.
Adding Images to Description
If you want to add an image to your job description, you must post an image hosting URL, rather than copying and pasting or attaching an image. When a job is moved to the apply page or broadcast to other locations, the image may not be an incompatible file type or filtered due to security; for this reason, it requires an Image Hosting URL. However, other job boards are still subject to what they allow or not.
