Overview
Offer letter templates are easy to add and maintain in Evolve ATS. An offer letter template is a Word document used when submitting an offer to a candidate. The template should contain placeholders for candidate and requisition information. The Word file used by Evolve will automatically generate offer letter documents.

Prerequisites
To use the Offer Letters feature, admins must enable Generate Offer Letters. This can be turned on by navigating to your user menu > Admin > ATS > View Candidate Settings. Enable Offer Letter Generation. See Native eSignature for Offer Letters Configuration.
Generate Offer Letter
Navigate to the candidate's profile to whom you want to send an offer letter. Click Regenerate Offer or select the Move to dropdown and choose Offer Generation.
Select your offer letter template from the dropdown and click Generate.
Click Preview. Review the offer letter and make any necessary updates.
When you are ready to send the letter, click Done.
NOTE: You can also click Export to have a copy of this document in Word format.
You will be redirected to the Workflow tab in the candidate profile. Scroll to the Offer Generation section. From here, you can:
- Send Offer to Candidate
- View Offer Letter
- Re-Generate Offer
- Upload Offer Letter
Click Send Offer to Candidate.
If you plan to provide a paper copy to the recipient, you can select the box Check this box if your intent is to print and mail... Otherwise, the offer is pre-selected for inclusion as an attachment.
Click Send.
