Introduction
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), these five filters: Candidates in Folder, Candidates in Job, Candidates in Talent Network, Candidates in Import, and Candidates in Agency are designed to find candidates by their membership in talent lists (folders, jobs, talent networks, imports or agencies). If you use CRM stages, a search can be performed by combining the talent list, the current stage in that list, and the date added to that stage.
The filter has an intuitive design, allowing you to easily configure included or excluded combinations. A flexible date range control can be set to specific dates or a relative date range. Search can be done by Any or All included or excluded combinations. The Include and Exclude sections are always combined with AND.
All five filters have the same structure and behavior. The Candidates in Job filter uses the list of jobs that is configured to be used in Source.

Use the Candidates in Folder filter to find candidates currently in a specific stage in one or more folders.
In the Include these candidates section, click Select Folder and select one or more folders from the dropdown.
Click Select Stage and select one or more values from the stages list.
Select the date range to filter by the date the candidate moved to the selected stage. You can use the Relative Range slider, Specific Date Range, Before, or After date from the calendar. NOTE: The filter checks for all possible combinations of the values selected in both fields. For example, Folder1+Stage1, Folder1+Stage2, Folder2+Stage1, Folder2+Stage2.
If the stage is not selected in the filter, the date range is applied to the current stage in that folder.
You can use the ALL/ANY toggle to specify how to apply your filter. With the ALL setting, the returned candidates will have membership in all selected folders. If you want to search for candidates with the membership in any of the selected folders, set the toggle to ANY.
To exclude candidates currently in a specific stage in one or more folders, use the Exclude these combinations section of the filter.
Click Select Folder and select one or more folders from the dropdown.
Click Select Stage and select one or more stages.
Select the date range when the candidates were added to the selected stage in the folder. Use the Relative Range slider, Specific Date Range, Before, or After date. NOTE: The filter checks for all possible combinations of the values selected in both fields. For example, Folder1+Stage1, Folder1+Stage2, Folder2+Stage1, Folder2+Stage2.
If the stage is not selected, the date range is applied to the current stage in that folder.
Set the ALL/ANY toggle to specify if you want to exclude candidates with the membership in all selected folders and stages or any of the selected combinations.
To search by both Included and Excluded parameters you can apply both Include and Exclude sections simultaneously. The sections will be combined with AND in the same way as when you apply separate filters where each next filter narrows down the results list.
For example, search candidates in Stage 2 in Folder1 or Folder2, and who are not in Stage 3 in Folder3.
