Introduction
The LinkedIn CRM Connect integration aims to activate a company’s CRM Connect agreement with Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) as the CRM provider. Once the integration is activated, the customer will authorize the synchronization of candidates' information from CRM to LinkedIn Recruiter. Customers with multiple LinkedIn Recruiter contracts under their CRM Connect agreement can allow them all for the CRM Connect integration.

Authorize LinkedIn CRM Connect
Once the integration has been activated (by Implementation), you (The administrator) will be required to authorize candidates' data synchronization from Evolve RM to LinkedIn Recruiter by following these prerequisites:
- Log into LinkedIn Recruiter on the same browser as Evolve RM.
- The user authorizing CRM Connect with LinkedIn must have administrator rights to a company recruiter license tied to their LinkedIn login.
- The company must be using the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) module.
Navigate to your CRM Connect page by clicking your user menu > Applications.
Click Common > LinkedIn Integration > CRM Connect.
Use the LinkedIn widget to authorize CRM Connect with your LinkedIn Recruiter account.
NOTE: If you are not logged into the LinkedIn Recruiter account on the same browser, you will be prompted to log in before you can proceed.
The widget will show your LinkedIn Recruiter contract name and prompt you to continue authorization.
Click Choose Integrations.
Select the CRM Connect option. Then, click Save Changes.
The activation is now authorized.
NOTE: You may be required to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your LinkedIn Recruiter account before authorizing the CRM integration. See the LinkedIn Turn two-step verification on and off.
Multi-Contract Authorization
Suppose your company has multiple LinkedIn Recruiter contracts under your LinkedIn CRM Connect agreement. In that case, your company admin can authorize all of them (must have access to all relevant LinkedIn Recruiter contracts).
Log into your LinkedIn Recruiter account.
In the same browser, open Evolve RM and navigate to your user menu > Applications.
Click Common > LinkedIn Integration > CRM Connect.
Use the LinkedIn widget to authorize one of the contracts you can access.
Proceed with the authorization steps until they are completed.
In the LinkedIn widget, select Change Contract.
Select another contract and proceed through the authorization steps.
After you have completed the authorization process, the CRM Connect page will have Authorized added to the page title, and the expandable Show Details section will have the API keys and other details required for the integration.
The ongoing data synchronization of new candidates, jobs and folders between your CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter is now enabled. Synchronization of historical data will start shortly.
