Introduction
Using one-click navigation, you can view Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) candidate data directly in Evolve ATS, including CRM notes, tags, custom fields, and consent status. This unified view helps you make better-informed decisions faster without navigating multiple steps and systems.

(You must have Evolve - Jobvite ATS + Recruitment Marketing CRM to use this feature)
Configuration
Evolve RM Configuration
Please submit a Help Center ticket for initial configuration. Once the team has confirmed the initial setup is completed, proceed with the following steps.
Evolve ATS Configuration
NOTE: Custom roles must be enabled for your Evolve ATS account before you can proceed with this configuration. If custom roles are not currently enabled, please submit a Help Center ticket to have this feature activated.
In Evolve ATS, navigate to your User Menu > Users.
Click View and Edit Roles.
Select the role you want to grant the ability to view candidates within Evolve RM.
Select the CRM tab, then click Edit.
Click the checkbox to enable or disable the desired settings.
Click Save.
Using CRM in ATS
Evolve RM
In Evolve RM, navigate to the Talent tab; Source is selected by default.
Select a candidate.
On the candidate profile, select the Applications tab, then click View in ATS.
The candidate application in Evolve ATS will open in the next browser tab, and you can continue using Evolve ATS there.
Evolve ATS
In Evolve ATS, navigate to the Candidates tab and click a candidate's name.
You can navigate to the candidate's complete CRM profile or review selected CRM data directly within Evolve ATS.
To navigate to that candidate in RM, click the + next to the candidate's name, then select CRM Profile.
The candidate profile in Evolve RM will open in a new tab. You can continue using Evolve RM in that tab. If the candidate is not synced into Evolve RM, the link will open a search page with the following message: This candidate is not found. Please check again later.
Additionally, you can select the CRM tab from the candidate profile to view some CRM data and perform selected CRM actions.
You can select one of the following sub-tabs:
- Details (default) – This tab displays key candidate CRM information, including profile source, current status, campaign activity, and consent details.
- Other Fields – This tab displays custom fields available on the candidate profile. You can also filter and sort fields on this tab.
- Notes – This displays the notes available on the candidate profile in RM. You can also add and delete notes. Notes added in the ATS will be reflected in the candidate's Evolve RM profile.
- Talent Lists – This displays the CRM lists where the candidate is a member and their current stage in each list. All memberships are shown in the All tab, and each list type is also presented in a separate tab. You can search each tab by the list name or stage, or sort the list by each of the columns.
- Email Campaigns – This displays past, active, or future email campaigns where the candidate is or was a recipient and their status.
Available CRM Actions in the ATS
You can select the menu icon on any of the sub-tabs and choose one of the following actions:
- Preview Profile (CRM) – This option will take you to the candidate profile in Evolve RM.
- Add Note – You can add a note to the candidate profile. The note will also be added to the candidate profile in Evolve RM.
- Add to Folder - You can select from the list of existing folders in Evolve RM or create a new folder. If you are using CRM Stages in Folders, you can choose a stage of the candidate in that folder.
If you select Add to Folder, you can choose from the following options:
- Add To Existing Folder – This option lets you choose from a list of existing folders in Evolve RM. If you are using CRM Stages in Folders, you can select a stage of the candidate in that folder.
- Add to New Folder - This option allows you to create a new folder. If you are using CRM Stages in Folders, you can select a stage of the candidate in that folder.
Click Save.
Select the menu icon to remove a candidate from a folder, then click Remove from Folder.
On the confirmation pop-up, click Remove.
Update Stage
The Update Stage action is available if your account uses CRM Stages in Folders.
Select the menu icon, then click Update Stage.
Select a stage from the Update Stage pop-up and click Save.
A confirmation message will appear once the action is complete.
Edit Tags
To edit a candidate’s CRM tags, navigate to the CRM tab > Details > Edit Tags.
On the Edit Tags pop-up, you can remove an existing tag by clicking X after the tag’s name.
You can add another tag from the drop-down list of the CRM tags available in Evolve RM.
Click Save. The changes will be reflected on the candidate profile in Evolve RM and the candidate's CRM tab in Evolve ATS.
View Consent History
You can view the consent history for the candidate by navigating to the CRM tab > Details > View Consent History.
The Consent History pop-up shows the following information:
- Timestamp
- Consent Type
- Consent
FAQs
Q. Since CRM will be embedded in ATS, can we source in the ATS within Requisitions (active/archived)?
A. For this release, click View Profile in CRM to access that candidate's information. Then, add them to the pipeline folder, add them to a new job, and invite them to apply for a new job.
Q. If a candidate in Jobvite ATS doesn't have a CRM profile, can it be added from their ATS application so we can assign Recruitment Marketing campaigns to them?
A. If you have Evolve - Jobvite ATS + Recruitment Marketing CRM, every Jobvite candidate has a CRM profile.
