Privacy Agreement Step (Apply Workflow)

Introduction

In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), the Privacy Agreement step collects the candidate's explicit consent to the terms and conditions of expressing interest and submitting their information to your company. The main content shown on this page includes:

• Explicit Opt-In to the hiring practices
• Agreement to a privacy policy
• General overview of the process

NOTE: This may replace the welcome page in some situations.

No additional questions can be configured on the privacy agreement page since it only has a single question, with the I Accept button to move the candidate to the next steps. The Cancel button would stop the application, as the candidate must agree to the terms on the page.

Standard Workflow Configuration

Navigate to your user menu, then click Applications.  

Select Apply, then click Workflows.

Select a standard workflow with Privacy Policy turned on.

Click Edit beside Privacy Agreement.

The following information can be configured: 

• Step Title
  • This information is displayed as the step tab or menu text.
  • A maximum of 20 characters can be used.
• Page Title
  • This information is displayed as the title on the step page.
• Button Label
  • This is the text displayed on the button to move to the next page.
  • Clicking the I Accept button is required to move on.
• Cancel Button Label
  • This is the text displayed on the Cancel button (if this option is on).
• Page Text
  • This is the body text to show to the candidates on this step.
  • Recommend simple HTML and fonts.
  • You can include images, but it is not recommended.

Language Workflow Configuration

Select a language workflow with Privacy Policy turned on.

Click Edit beside the step.

You can configure the translations for each of the items below for each of the brand-configured languages:

• Page Title
  • This information is displayed as the title on the step page.
  • The limit is 30 characters.
• Next Button Label
  • This is the text displayed on the button to move to the next page.
  • Clicking the I Accept button is required to move on.
  • The limit is 30 characters.
• Cancel Button Label
  • This is the text displayed on the Cancel button (if this option is on).
  • The limit is 30 characters.
• Page Text
  • This is the body text to display to the candidates on this step.
  • Recommend simple HTML and fonts.
  • The default is blank for this item.
