Introduction
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), the Welcome step collects a candidate's basic information (first name, last name, and email) and details the overall application process. The Welcome Page can also collect answers to questions or identify an agency when submitting a candidate.
NOTE: The Privacy Agreement page is the recommended place to collect explicit consent to use the candidate's data for recruiting purposes.

Step Questions - Standard
When editing the Welcome page for a Standard workflow, you can add questions for the candidate to answer on the step by clicking Add question.
Choose questions from the drop-down menu. The drop-down menu will show all questions not already configured to be answered on the current workflow (on the current page or other pages).
You can configure each added question to be Required. If required, the candidate must answer the question to continue. NOTE: You must add questions to the Welcome page in the order you want them answered.
You can remove a question by clicking Remove.
If you add Conditional Questions (Apply Workflow), the parent and all related child questions are added to the step. If the parent question is removed, the child questions are automatically removed.
The child questions are shown as italicized.
The logic of the conditional questions determines the required flag on the parent and each of the children, and you cannot change this on the workflow step.
Step Questions - Language
When editing a Welcome page for a Language workflow, you can add questions for the candidate to answer on the step by clicking +Add question.
From the dropdown, click the + next to the question to add it. The drop-down will show all questions not already configured to be answered on the current workflow (on the current page or other pages). NOTE: If the globe in front of the question is green, all questions are configured for the brand’s language. If the globe icon in front of the question is orange, some language questions are missing.
You can configure each added question to be Required. If required, the candidate must answer the question to continue. NOTE: The questions on the Welcome page will be displayed in the order shown to the candidate.
You can remove a question by clicking the delete icon.
You can change the question order by clicking the double line and then dragging and dropping the question to the desired order.
