Standard and Language Workflow Step Settings

When editing the Apply Social Media step for both Standard and Language workflows, you can enable or disable the following toggles:

  • Apply Sources - This controls what options are presented to the candidate that they may use for the apply workflow.
    • File Upload -This option allows the candidate to upload a resume file from their computer or mobile device's filesystem (which may include access to cloud storage depending on the OS version) and extract data to use in the apply workflow.
  • Social Networks
    • Indeed Apply—Start the application form by being presented with an Indeed Authorization. If authenticated, Evolve RM will use the candidate's Indeed data (and resume) to populate the apply workflow.
    • LinkedIn Apply—Start the application form by being presented with a LinkedIn Authorization. If authenticated, Evolve RM will use the candidate's LinkedIn profile data to populate the apply workflow.
  • Cloud Storage
    • Dropbox – This option allows the candidate to select a file from their Dropbox and authorize Evolve RM to pull it and extract data to use in the apply workflow.
    • Google Drive—This option allows the candidate to select a file from their Google Drive and authorize Evolve RM to pull it to use in the apply workflow.
    • OneDrive—This option allows the candidate to select a file from their OneDrive and authorize Evolve RM to pull it to use in the apply workflow.
  • Others
    • Velocity Credentials—This option allows the candidate to disclose data from their phone's Velocity Wallet to the organization when applying for a job. When enabled, the following options can be configured.
      • TestNet / MainNet - Select Velocity Network to connect with apply workflow. MainNet will be for the final production connection.
      • Disclosure Duration (In Months) - Choose the number of months for which the disclosure of data is valid.
    • Allow Skip (no resume or social network required) - The candidate can proceed to the Review page without choosing a resume file or social network authorization. Evolve RM will require the Review page to be enabled if Allow Skip is enabled. Evolve RM will construct a synthetic resume file from whatever fields the candidate fills out on the Review page.
      • Skip Button Text - If Allow Skip is enabled, this is the text to put on the skip button.
      • Back Button Label - If Allow Skip is enabled, this is the text on the back button.

The file is extracted (via RMX Enterprise) to populate the application form. Then, the candidate proceeds to the next step.

If extraction fails (invalid file, unsupported/licensed language), the candidate can see the error and proceed with another method or file.
