Introduction
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), the Additional Attachments step is meant to collect additional documents, such as a cover letter, a portfolio item, or a scan of a license or certification, that the company wishes to collect from the applicant during the application process. These additional attachments are sent to the ATS at the end of the application.
The primary use cases for Additional Attachments are the following:
- The company wishes to request a cover letter in addition to the application.
- The company has a printed consent letter, assessment, or screening that they wish to collect.
- The company is recruiting for a position in a jurisdiction that requires a document scan (e.g., to prove citizenship, a visa, a license, or certification).
- The company is recruiting for a creative position and wishes to collect portfolio samples.
