Introduction
Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) includes a robust Talent Network feature that enables candidates to opt in and express interest in future opportunities with your company. Candidates with the Talent Network source can be searched in Source or easily accessed in the Talent Network module, making it easy to review and engage with them over time.

View Candidates on a Talent Network
Navigate to the Talent tab, then select Talent Network.
All Talent Networks are displayed by default, allowing you to see all candidates who have joined. When a career site with a talent network is created for the company, a corresponding talent network folder is automatically generated in the Talent Network module. Candidates who join a specific talent network can be viewed within that network or in the default All Talent Network list.
To open a specific talent network candidates list, navigate to the Talent Network panel.
Click the Talent Network drop-down or search the talent network name.
Additionally, you can search for a specific candidate by name, email, keyword, or location using the options under the Talent Network panel.
You can filter the candidates within a talent network using the options under the Filters panel.
Talent Network Stages
CRM Stages can be configured for individual talent networks. Please submit a Help Center ticket to set up CRM Stages if this is not currently enabled for your account. NOTE: CRM Stages are not available in the All Talent Network list.
Auto-Email from Talent Network
You can set up an auto-email on a talent network to be sent out when a candidate joins it from a career site. If your company is using CRM Stages in talent networks, you can set up individual auto-emails on different stages in a talent network.
Work with Candidates in a Talent Network
You can work with your candidates in talent networks the same way you would work with them from your search results screen:
- View profiles
- Tag candidates
- Send emails
- Add to jobs and folders
- Upload candidates into your ATS database.
- NOTE: Talent Networks can use CRM stages. CRM Stages are not available on the All Talent Networks list.
Add Imported Candidates to Talent Network
As a special case, you may need to import a CSV file containing candidates or a ZIP file containing resumes into a talent network. This action will add the imported candidates to the selected talent network, with the profile source set to Talent Network.
On the Talent Network Page, click the icon, then select New Import.
On the New Import pop-up, you can choose a Talent Network where you want to add imported candidates.
When a talent network is selected, the Source of the imported candidates is set automatically to Talent Network, and the value cannot be edited.
Configure your import as needed and click Finish.
A confirmation pop-up is displayed to ensure the imported candidates have opted in for the talent network. Click Confirm to finish the import.
The imported candidates will be created in a separate import folder (as any other ZIP/CSV import) and added to the selected talent network.
Delete Unpublished Talent Networks
You can delete unpublished talent networks that have no candidates associated with them.
On the Talent Network page, select a Talent Network that has no candidates and is either unlinked from a career site or linked to an unpublished or deleted career site.
Select the menu icon, then click Delete Talent Network.
Click Continue on the confirmation pop-up to delete the selected Talent Network.
NOTE: If the Talent Network is published or has candidates, you will not be able to complete the deletion.
