Introduction
Brands in Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) allow administrators to customize the look, feel, and language of candidate-facing experiences, including the Apply Workflow and Candidate Portal. Brands define visual elements like fonts, colors, logos, and supported languages, and are also referenced in Career Sites and Referrals. Where are Brands used in Evolve RM?
Apply Workflow – Brands are used to control the look and feel of the candidate-facing apply workflows. Below is an example of the branding elements that are controlled.
Candidate Portal—The candidate portal uses the default brand. This brand controls the candidate-facing look and feel of the portal, as well as the available and configurable languages and locales that candidates can choose.
Career Sites - Brands don’t visually impact career sites today, but they determine the available locales and languages.
Employee Referrals – Brands don’t visually affect employee referrals today, but they are used to control the available locales and languages that can be configured.
No Default Brand in Apply Workflow
When no brand is chosen for an Apply Workflow, the following is the default (or High Contrast) style applied:
- No logo.
- Black (#000000) for Highlight color, Header color background, and Next/Confirm Button background.
- White (#FFFFFF) for the Header and Next/Confirm button font.
- Grey (#EEEEEE) for the background color.
- Helvetica font family.
