CRM Source Mapping helps maintain consistent candidate source data between Recruitment Marketing (RM) and Jobvite ATS. Instead of manually tracking and linking sources, risking mismatches or data loss, you can easily map new Jobvite ATS sources to their corresponding CRM entries using a simple drop-down. And if the correct source doesn’t exist yet, you can create one on the spot.

Default Mapping in RM
When an ATS source is automatically mapped to a CRM source, the mapping is added to an RM mapping group identified as default. The company administrator can change the default mapping group if needed.
If you need to change the default mapping group in RM, navigate to your user menu > Applications.
Select Jobs from the menu on the left side of your screen, then click Mapping Groups.
Click Set Default next to the mapping group you want to set as default.
The new default mapping group is set.
Sources Configuration in Jobvite ATS
In Jobvite ATS, navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click Configurations.
Click View Sources.
Click Add Candidate Source.
On the Add Source Type pop-up, you must select a CRM Source Mapping option to map the custom Jobvite ATS source in the default mapping group.
If a corresponding CRM source is available, you can select it from the Select CRM Source drop-down.
When the action is saved, the ATS source is mapped to the selected CRM source in the default mapping group with the scope=Both (i.e., the mapping applies to candidates going to ATS or coming from ATS).
If no corresponding CRM source is available yet, you can select the Create CRM Source option, choose the type of the new CRM Source, and proceed with setting up the ATS source.
When the ATS source is saved, a custom CRM Source with the same name is created in RM and mapped to the ATS source in the default mapping group with the scope=Both.
If you delete a custom source in Jobvite ATS, the corresponding mapping with scope=Both is deleted from the default mapping group.
Create Job Link in Jobvite ATS
Navigate to Requisitions, then select the desired Requisition.
NOTE: The requisition must be marked as Open, External, and the Publishing Options must be set to Career Sites (External and Internal) within the requisition for this feature to work.
Click Create Job Board Link.
On the Create Job Linked pop-up, if you choose Create New Source, you must select a CRM Source to map the new job link source within the default mapping group.
If the corresponding CRM source is available, you can select it from the Select CRM Source drop-down.
When the action is saved, the job link source is mapped to the selected CRM source in the default mapping group with the scope=Both.
If no corresponding CRM source is available yet, you can select Create CRM Source and proceed with setting up the ATS source. NOTE: You do not need to choose a source type; the default type for job board links is Job Board.
When the ATS source is saved, a custom CRM Source with the same name and type Job Board is created in RM and mapped to the ATS source in the default mapping group with the scope=Both.
