Introduction
In Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM), the Referrals Translations section allows you to optionally configure translations (in English and other languages) for key strings in the Referrals module, such as Referral Statuses and Ineligible Reason Code descriptions. These translations are crucial for the Employee Portal, email notifications, and other forms of communication.

Referral Translations
NOTE: The languages available for configuration will depend on the Apply Brands and the languages configured on all your Brands. Please configure Apply Brands first.
Navigate to your user menu, then click Applications.
Select Referrals, then click Translations.
The Referral Translations page will be displayed. Click the down arrow to expand each section.
The Referral Translations page is divided into four sections:
- Referral Status
- Ineligible Code Descriptions

Custom Ineligible Code Descriptions
- Configure only if you plan to use them in Referral Eligibility Rules. If you do not plan to create any custom Ineligible Rules, you can skip this section.

Gamification Events
- Configure only if you are using Gamification in Referrals and plan to show the results in the Employee Portal.
Edit Translations
To edit translations, click Edit on any specific item.
You can change or configure strings for each unique locale used across all brands at your company.
Click Reset to restore the default translation for the locale.
Click Save to save the translations or Cancel to ignore your changes.
