Placements in Onboarding

Follow

Introduction

Placements in Onboarding can be thought of as a time-in-place joining object that generates tasks based on the information provided about the employer and job.

When a placement is created, it can be provided with an employee, employer, and job. Only the employee is required.

When the placement is created, it will return the required tasks that must be completed by the employee and employer representative(s) based on the active policies in the account. Policies define when a task should be returned when creating a placement. Tasks can range from government-required documents (such as I-9 and W-4) to organization-specific documents (including employee handbooks and codes of conduct). These tasks are assigned to an employee to complete.
