Introduction
The Future Emails filter in Evolve Recruitment Marketing (RM) allows recruiters to identify candidates scheduled to receive upcoming CRM communications, including Scheduled Emails, Mass Emails, and Email Campaigns. You can filter results by sender, email template, and date range. The filter supports both Include and Exclude logic, which are combined using AND rules. All fields are optional.
In addition to the filter, recruiters can view scheduled emails for individual candidates by navigating to the Future Emails tab on the Candidate Profile. This provides a quick view of pending emails that have not yet been sent, offering transparency into what’s scheduled and when.

Future Emails Filter
Navigate to the Talent tab. Source is selected by default.
Under Talemetry Filters, click +.
Select Future Emails.
NOTE: You can also use the search box.
Include candidates with emails from your search
Expand the Include these combinations section.
The filter is designed to search future emails.
Select the date range for the future emails you want to include in your search. You can select a specific date or a relative date range in the future.
Choose one or more users in the Select Sender field. NOTE: The sender is the user who created the future email, and not the user appearing in the From field. For example, if recruiter Jane Doe created an email and used a No Reply user as a sender, select Jane Doe in the filter.
Choose one or more email templates in the Select Email Template field.
Use the All/Any toggle to specify if your results must have emails with all selected combinations or with any of them.
NOTE: The filter checks for all possible combinations of the values selected in both fields. For example, Sender1+Template1, Sender1+Template2, Sender2+Template1, Sender2,+Template2.
Exclude candidates with emails from your search
Expand the Exclude these combinations section.
Select the date range for the future emails you want to exclude from your search. You can select a specific date or a relative date range in the future.
Choose one or more users in the Select Sender field. NOTE: The sender is the user who created the email, and not the user appearing in the From field. For example, if recruiter Jane Doe created an email and used a No Reply user as a sender, select Jane Doe in the filter.
Choose one or more email templates in the Select Email Template field.
Use the All/Any toggle to specify if the excluded candidates must have emails with all selected combinations or with any of them.
Search with Included and Excluded Parameters
You can apply both the Include and Exclude sections simultaneously. The sections will be combined with an AND operator, just as separate filters, where each subsequent filter narrows down the list of results.
For example, find candidates who will receive emails from Recruiter A with Template 1 or Template 2 in the next two weeks. Also, exclude from the found results those who will receive an email from Recruiter B with Template 3 after the next two weeks.
Future Emails Tab on Candidate Profile
After finding a candidate using the Future Emails filter, click the candidate’s name to open the profile.
Select the Future Emails tab.
For each future email, the tab shows
- Date when the message will be sent
- Subject of the email
- Type of future email:
- Scheduled Email
- Mass Email
- Email campaign
For candidates enrolled in an email campaign that is either Scheduled or In-Progress, the Future Emails tab shows the following coming email as well as its sequential number and the name of the email campaign. The email scheduled to be sent as soon as possible is not recorded on the Future Emails tab.
Click Redirect to view the associated campaign’s details page.
When the time to send the email comes, the record is removed from the Future Emails tab.
