Introduction
Within Onboarding, you have the option to use E-Verify with I-9 forms. E-Verify requires an Agent, E-Verify Employer Agent Support | E-Verify. If you are using E-Verify today, you either have an agent, such as your HCM provider, or you are the agent yourself.
NOTE: Not all states require E-Verify. We recommend working with your legal department to determine if it's best practice to e-verify all new hires, even if the state doesn't require it.
