-
Show Name to Reviewer
- ON - The candidate’s name fields (First Name and Last Name) are displayed to the reviewer.
- OFF - The candidate’s name fields are hidden from the Reviewer (Name Withheld). NOTE: If this is turned off, it is also advisable to disable Contact Information and Resume/Biography, as this information could be used to identify the candidate or reveal their name elsewhere.
-
Show Contact Information to Reviewer
- ON - This candidate's contact information (Location, Email, Phone Number) is shown to the reviewer.
- OFF - The candidate's contact information fields are hidden from the reviewer. NOTE: If this is turned off, it is also advisable to disable Resume/Biography, as this information displays the candidate's contact details.
-
Show Resume and Biography to the Reviewer
- ON - The candidate's resume and biography (Summary and Objective) are presented to the reviewer.
- OFF - The candidate's resume and the Biography (Summary and Objective) are hidden from the reviewer. NOTE: Turning off the resume may make it difficult for a reviewer to provide feedback.

New Standard Feedback - Create additional standard feedback options for reviewers.
- NOTE: It is recommended that each feedback option be 40 characters or fewer for optimal viewing. The maximum length is 75 characters.
-
Standard Feedback - This area configures the list of standard feedback choices available. By default, only Good Fit and Poor Fit are shown.
- You can delete existing feedback choices by clicking the X. Removing a standard feedback option from this list will not affect reviews that have already been assigned that feedback.
- NOTE: It is recommended to use generic, non-biased, and clear standard feedback options to ensure consistent usage.
