The Gamification module enables Recruitment Marketing (RM) to track employee activities in the Referrals module and award user-configurable points. Those activities and points can be counted and rolled up into leaderboards and contests, where your company can determine these criteria and prizes. Gamification can encourage positive system engagement and promote the desired outcome of user activities.

The Referral Events Configuration page is used to configure the point values awarded for various referral-related activities that employees can perform or that are associated with a referral made.
To change any of the referral events, click Edit.
On the Edit referral event configuration page, you can modify the following:
- Points - The number of points to award to the employee when the given event happens.
-
Daily Limit - The limit to the number of events in a given day that will earn points.
- This is based on the UTC/GMT day.
- After that limit is reached, the event will still be recorded, but will have 0 points.
- If the daily limit is set to 0, there is no daily limit for that event type.
When you're finished editing the referral event, click Update.
