Deleting Notes
Notes can only be permanently deleted by Support. If you need a note removed, please submit a Help Center ticket and provide the following information:
- The candidate’s name.
- The candidate’s email address.
- A description of the note you would like deleted, preferably a full-screen screenshot.
FAQs
- You can edit or delete notes that you created, as long as they have not been shared with others.
- Users with the Super User role may be able to edit or delete candidate notes created by others.
- Requisition (Req) notes are not editable.
