Issue:
I can't call for a candidate's offer letter via API
Root Cause:
If a signed offer letter has been manually uploaded to a candidate’s profile, it cannot be retrieved through the API.
Solution:
Only offer letters that have been signed via DocuSign or Jobvite Native eSignature are eligible for export through the API. API calls will only return completed offer letters. The API will recognize them as completed when signed with the two aforementioned methods.
