This article describes how you can activate or deactivate Intelligent Messaging (IM) users in the Jobvite Applicant Tracking system.

Activate/Deactivate users
To activate or deactivate a user, navigate to your user menu > Users.

Select View Employee List.

Search for and click the name of the desired employee whose IM access you wish to modify.

Click Edit.

Check the box next to Intelligent Messaging to enable IM; uncheck the box to deactivate Intelligent Messaging.
Click Save.
