Overview
Additional email addresses can be added for a candidate in Evolve ATS. Admins can add custom fields to candidate profiles to track additional email addresses, but there is no automation of secondary email addresses.

NOTE: While adding additional fields for tracking non-primary email addresses is possible, this is not considered best practice. All messages to the candidate will be routed only to one email address in the default field, Email Address. Any off-record communication with a candidate is not recommended; therefore, the best practice is to always maintain the default Email Address field with the candidate's most up-to-date or preferred address.
Within Evolve ATS, navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click Configurations.
Click View Custom Fields.
Click the Candidate tab.
Click Add Custom Field.
Ensure the field Type is Text and add a field name.
Click Save.
The new field will be added to the bottom of the candidate custom field page. You can rearrange fields by dragging and dropping them.
This will add a field to the Application Details section of the Summary tab in the candidate's profile, where you could then add/track an additional email address.
