Who Has Access to See (Interview) Evaluations?

Summary: There's an Admin setting to determine what evaluations the interview team can see.

Hiring Managers and Recruiters can view all interview evaluation forms associated with their candidates.

If you have the Admin role, you control the visibility of a candidate's interview evaluation for the rest of your hiring/interviewing team. For more details about user roles please see What are the roles in Jobvite ATS?

To access this setting, navigate to  Admin > ATS> Candidate Settings > Interviewer evaluation form access.

Here you have 3 different levels of access for your interviewing team:

Each of these settings results in different visibility for your hiring team:

Access to their submitted evaluation only
If this setting is selected, your interviewers will only have access to the evaluations they have completed themselves. All others from the team will not be visible.

Use case: This method could be useful if you want purely objective feedback for your candidates. Since each interviewer won't be able to see the other's evaluations, they therefore won't run the potential risk of being influenced by each other's comments.

Access to all evaluation forms for the candidate and interview step in which they participated
If this setting is selected, your interviewers will have access to all evaluation forms for a candidate in a specific interview step.

Use case: This could be useful if you have specific interviewers for specific interview steps, i.e. - John for phone screens and Katy for an on-site interview. In that case, Katy would not be able to see John's evaluation, since it was just for the phone screen interview, and vice versa.

Access to all evaluation forms submitted by any interviewer for the candidates they interviewed
If this setting is selected, all your interviewers will have access to all evaluation forms for the candidate.

Use case: This could be useful if as candidates move further along the interview process you want more internal transparency so everyone can be on the same page and share feedback with each other.
