Summary: If you have a Limited Access requisition, you can decide which role has access to it.
If you have opened a requisition that is either External or Internal, you cannot determine which role has access to that req.
External (Everyone) requisitions mean that all roles can see the requisition, along with jobseekers. However, they will only be able to see the specific requisition details (fields) that their roles allow them to.
Internal (Employees) requisitions mean that all employees at your company can see the req. Much like External requisitions, they will only be able to see the specific requisition details that their roles allow them to.
However, if you would like to let very specific roles have access to specific requisitions, you can enable Roles with access to limited requisitions. This setting allows you to choose (in addition to the Hiring Manager and Recruiter on the requisition) which other roles have access to Limited Access requisitions.
To enable, go to Admin > ATS > Requisition Settings.
Note: You can still control which requisition details are accessible to each of these roles within the larger scope of having general access to the requisitions. This would be done by configuring the Role Access in Custom Fields.
Note: If your organization has implemented the Custom Roles feature, this setting will no longer be available in ATS > Requisition Settings (see below).
Instead, you would select Enable in this section for any Custom or Standard Role you are managing in Users > Manage Roles > [select specific role]> Requisitions.
