Limited Access Requisition Role Setting

Follow

Overview

If you would like to give very specific roles access to specific requisitions in Evolve ATS, you can enable roles with access to limited requisitions. This setting allows you to choose (in addition to the hiring manager and recruiter on the requisition) which other roles have access to Limited Access requisitions.

Manage Requisition Access

If you have opened a requisition that is either External or Internal, you cannot determine which role has access to that requisition.

  • External (Everyone) - This requisition status means all roles, including jobseekers, can see the requisition. However, they will only be able to see the specific requisition details (fields) that their roles allow them to.
  • Internal (Employees)—This requisition status means that all employees at your company can see the requisition. However, unlike external requisitions, they can only see the specific requisition details that their roles allow them to.
  • Limited Access – This requisition status means only specific user roles can view the requisition.

To enable this, navigate to your user menu and then select Admin.
