Please note that this capability is only available for Evolve customers who use Evolve ATS and Evolve RM. CWS customers want different screening form questions for internal candidates compared to their external candidates.
This new capability makes it possible to configure a new set of questions for internal candidates, compared to external candidates, at the requisition level. When a requisition is being created, the requisition creators can select the type of questions they want as part of their internal candidate applications and what kind of questions they want for their external candidates’ applications. The requisition creators can also choose to use the same set of questions for their internal and external application if they choose.
