NOTE: As of the Fall 2025 release, customers who have Apply Form questions can now have these questions included in their Indeed Apply process.
Using the Indeed Apply integration in Jobvite ATS provides you the opportunity to reach more job seekers and allows those job seekers to apply to positions quickly and easily at your organization. This integration is simple to set up and is available at no charge to Jobvite ATS customers who have a Recruiter Admin account with Indeed.

Important Information
Please review the following before getting started:
- The Jobvite ATS Administrator role must be enabled.
- The free job feed to Indeed must be enabled in Admin > Integrations > Job Boards.
- A Recruiter Admin account has been set up on Indeed.
- No other job distributor or feed is being used on Indeed.
- Indeed Apply exists exclusively as a screening questions feature, with an all-or-nothing approach. If you do not want to include EEO or screening questions in Indeed Easy Apply, ensure that you have not selected the EEO checkbox or chosen a Pre-interview form.
- There could be differences in the total candidate count between Jobvite ATS and Indeed. Jobvite ATS will reflect the number of candidates who fully completed the application. Indeed, it will reflect all candidates, even if the application is not yet completed.
- Currently, the compliance center has only USA-specific tasks. The compliance center will grow over time. You can create compliance forms leveraging the AI tool.
Configuring Indeed Apply
Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click Integrations.
Click View Indeed Apply. NOTE: If you do not see Indeed Apply, please submit a Help Center ticket.
Click Edit.
Enable the Indeed Apply Integrations. Then, add the admin email address of the Indeed account.
Click Save.
Enable EEO Questions
To ensure that EEO questions are sent to Indeed for inclusion in the Indeed Easy Apply process, EEO questions must be verified in the US Compliance section of Application Compliance. Please follow the steps below if this setting is not already enabled.
From the admin menu, select Compliance.
Click Application Compliance.
Click US Compliance.
Click Edit.
Select the option for EEO Questions Settings, and choose one of the following selections:
- Gender
- Race
- Separate Ethnicity and Race into two questions
- Combine Ethnicity and Race into one question
Click Save.
Indeed Apply with Screening Questions
A pre-interview form must be selected on the requisition to ensure that screening questions are sent to Indeed and included in Indeed Easy Apply, and that the responses flow back into the Jobvite ATS.
Navigate to the Requisitions tab.
You can select an existing requisition or select + Add Requisition.
Select a Pre-Interview Form from the drop-down.
Select an Apply Form from the drop-down.
After you have finished creating or updating the Requisition, click Save.
