Overview
The Company Profile in Evolve ATS contains information about your company for your mobile career site, logos for email communications, and job postings on social networks. You also can view your company's career site URL on this page. Your Company Name (including subsidiaries) can be viewed or maintained here but should only be changed with the assistance of the Evolve support team. Please see Add a Subsidiary for more details.

Navigate to your user menu, then select Admin.
Click Configurations.
Click View Company Profile.
Under the company you want to update, click Edit.
You can add/update the following information:
- Upload an Email Communications Logo for emails sent from your company.
- Upload a Social Media Logo for social media posts. NOTE: For proper display of your logo on LinkedIn posts via Publisher, use an aspect ratio of 1.91:1 (1.91 to 1) for your Social Media Logo.
- Add Company Information for those who view your jobs on a mobile device. NOTE: Company Information will appear in the About tab on your company's mobile career site when job seekers are searching for jobs and want to learn more about your company.
- Enter a Privacy Notice URL for job seekers to review your privacy policy.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for any subsidiaries as needed.
