Part of the power of the Video interviewing tool in Jobvite is its collaborative aspect and the ability to quickly and easily share a candidate's completed video interview with your team.
In contrast to a phone screen (or any other live interview venue), which is limited to the immediate audience, video screens can be shared with a larger or extended group who can view it when it is the most convenient time for them.
There are 2 ways to send a candidate's video screen to your teammates to review:
- The candidate profile - in the Video tab
- The candidate profile - in the Workflow tab

To send a candidate's video screen to a teammate, navigate to the candidate's specific profile.
Click into the Video tab to see the thumbnail of the candidate's video screen.
In the middle column, click Invite Reviewers to bring up the Invite to Review Video Interview dialog box (see below).

Navigate to the candidate's profile and click into the Workflow tab.
Find the Video Screen workflow step, and click Invite Screeners to bring up the Invite to Review Video Interview dialog box (see below).

In the To section, select which teammates you would like to send the video screen to. You can choose an existing template in your system, or you can change the text to whatever you would prefer.
Once you've prepared the appropriate message, click Send to send the video screen to your teammates for review. In the [link] portion, a link to the video screen evaluation form will populate.
